- Rental agreement is with the person who pays for the rental
- Must be at 22 years of age with a valid drivers license
- Valid auto insurance from the USA or Canada is required (must list each drivers name on the policy; all others must purchase our insurance at $35 per day

- Renter and all drivers must be present at the time of the rental to sign the rental agreement
- The delivery driver will do a detailed walk through to explain all the rules of driving in Key West.
- Scooter renters must pass an onsite driving test.
- DELIVERY: We deliver golf carts to lodging locations, airport, cruise terminal, ferry terminal, Miami bus stop at 300 Grinnell, or you can pick up the golf cart from our location at 5700 4th Ave if you are driving in for a day trip.
- RETURNS: We do contactless pickups. All you need to do is lock the cart, leave the keys in the dash, and we will come pick it up at our earliest convenience.
If you wish to have the golf cart picked up at a location other than the delivery location, you must coordinate that in advance.
- Yes. Follow all posted parking signs for authorized parking locations.
- Golf cart rentals in Key West follow all the same rules and laws as driving a car.
- Street parking is managed by the city and is less costly. If you get a parking ticket from the city, the ticket is generally left on the golf cart.
- Parking lots are mostly privately owned public parking and is generally more expensive than parking on the street.
- Private lots all have cameras and take pictures of the license plate when you enter and exit the lot. There is only about an 8 minute grace period. If you get a ticket for nonpayment or being over the time limit, you will not know you have gotten a ticket.
- If you get any parking violation that is billed to the golf cart during your rental time, the payment method on file will be used to pay the violation.
- If you get a parking violation from the city and want to dispute it, you must do so within 48 hours to avoid the ticket being paid for by Mile 0 Rentals.
For street legal golf carts, the same rules as driving a car apply. Car seats are required. We have a limited number available on a first come basis. We have all-in-one for infant to toddler and 5 point high back boosters.
We cannot install the car seat for you, but can show you how to install it in onto the golf cart.
We offer helmets for scooters. They are required for anyone under the age of 16.
- We deliver the golf to the parking garage just outside the cruise port.
- The deliver driver will meet you on the 1st level, just inside the parking garage, 25 minutes are debarkation time
- Return the golf cart to the parking garage, park the golf cart in a parking spot, lock the cart, and leave the keys in the dash.
- you must leave the parking entrance ticket in the dash otherwise there will be additional parking fees to cover the lost ticket charge.
Ferry arrives around 12 daily and starts boarding at 5PM. We have extensions to allow for the extra time which can be booked over the phone or online.
- DELIVERY: Arriving from Fort Myer on the Ferry Terminal, your delivery driver will meet you just inside the parking garage.
- RETURN: The parking garage only accepts cash for parking which is $7. The city lot across the street has a pay station. You must pay for 1 hour of parking unless you coordinate with us ahead of time and we are able to meet you. This is dependent on our delivery schedule.
