- Rental agreement is with the person who pays for the rental

- Must be at 22 years of age with a valid drivers license

- Valid auto insurance from the USA or Canada is required (must list each drivers name on the policy; all others must purchase our insurance at $35 per day

- Credit card used to pay must be verified

- Renter and all drivers must be present at the time of the rental to sign the rental agreement

- The delivery driver will do a detailed walk through to explain all the rules of driving in Key West.

- Scooter renters must pass an onsite driving test.

- DELIVERY: We deliver golf carts to lodging locations, airport, cruise terminal, ferry terminal, Miami bus stop at 300 Grinnell, or you can pick up the golf cart from our location at 5700 4th Ave if you are driving in for a day trip.

- RETURNS: We do contactless pickups. All you need to do is lock the cart, leave the keys in the dash, and we will come pick it up at our earliest convenience.

If you wish to have the golf cart picked up at a location other than the delivery location, you must coordinate that in advance.

- Per Florida law street legal golf carts must go at least 20 mph and no more than 25 mph. They are authorized on all roads marked 35mph and below, so this includes all of Key West and Stock Island (to the CVS on US 1)

- Scooters go 35 mph and are authorized to be driven the same as golf carts

Yes, you need to pay for parking. Follow all posted signs for authorized locations. Golf carts follow the same rules as cars. Street parking is cheaper and managed by the city. If you get a ticket, it will be left on the cart. Private lots are pricier and have cameras. If you get a ticket you will not know it. To dispute a city ticket, do so within 48 hours to avoid automatic payment.

For street legal golf carts, the same rules as driving a car apply. Car seats are required. We have a limited number available on a first come basis. We have all-in-one for infant to toddler and 5 point high back boosters.

We cannot install the car seat for you, but can show you how to install it in onto the golf cart.

We offer helmets for scooters. They are required for anyone under the age of 16.

Feel free to text or give us a call and we can check the availability for you. During holiday and busy times, it is best to add additional time as soon as you think you may want it.

Plans changed? No problem! Rental periods are in 24-hour increments. We'll refund the remainder if you notify us at least 6 hours before the rental start time. Just text us!

Got a maintenance issue? Call or text us, and we'll fix it ASAP. If the cart breaks down, move it to a safe spot to avoid towing.

We deliver the golf cart to the parking garage outside the cruise port. Your driver will meet you on the 1st level, 25 minutes after debarkation. Return the cart to the garage, park it, lock it, and leave the keys and parking ticket in the dash. Missing the ticket will incur extra fees.

- Your delivery driver will meet you in short term parking 25 minutes after you flight lands if you have checked bags and 10 minutes if you have carry-on only.

- If arriving at FBO Signature terminal, text us as soon as you land and your delivery driver will meet you just outside the terminal.

The ferry arrives around noon daily and starts boarding at 5 PM. We offer extensions for extra time, bookable by phone or online. DELIVERY: Your driver will meet you inside the parking garage. RETURN: Pay for 1 hour of parking unless coordinated with us in advance to meet you.
