- Rental agreement is with the person who pays for the rental
- Must be at 22 years of age with a valid drivers license
- Valid auto insurance from the USA or Canada is required (must list each drivers name on the policy; all others must purchase our insurance at $35 per day
- Credit card used to pay must be verified
- Renter and all drivers must be present at the time of the rental to sign the rental agreement
- The delivery driver will do a detailed walk through to explain all the rules of driving in Key West.
- Scooter renters must pass an onsite driving test.
- DELIVERY: We deliver golf carts to lodging locations, airport, cruise terminal, ferry terminal, Miami bus stop at 300 Grinnell, or you can pick up the golf cart from our location at 5700 4th Ave if you are driving in for a day trip.
- RETURNS: We do contactless pickups. All you need to do is lock the cart, leave the keys in the dash, and we will come pick it up at our earliest convenience.
If you wish to have the golf cart picked up at a location other than the delivery location, you must coordinate that in advance.
Yes, you need to pay for parking. Follow all posted signs for authorized locations. Golf carts follow the same rules as cars. Street parking is cheaper and managed by the city. If you get a ticket, it will be left on the cart. Private lots are pricier and have cameras. If you get a ticket you will not know it. To dispute a city ticket, do so within 48 hours to avoid automatic payment.
For street legal golf carts, the same rules as driving a car apply. Car seats are required. We have a limited number available on a first come basis. We have all-in-one for infant to toddler and 5 point high back boosters.
We cannot install the car seat for you, but can show you how to install it in onto the golf cart.
We offer helmets for scooters. They are required for anyone under the age of 16.
